Warburn Estate was founded in 1968 and has been operating for almost 55 years to date. Today, with 4 generations in the making, Warburn is still a privately owned family business and is currently the 8th largest winery in Australia, exporting wines to almost 30 countries. Our 3rd and 4th generation family members work in various sectors of the business including export, marketing, cellar door, winemaking, administration and winery operations. The entire family are driven to continue their hard work and passion of making wine that all started from their fore fathers.
Our family is of Italian Heritage and we have created brands over the years that represent our culture and passion. The 1164 Limited Release series of wines has been in our family from the very beginning when our grandfather started the business. Showcasing our best quality and award-winning Italian wines, reflect the skills and talents that have been passed down from generations.
From the beginning- using hand-made machinery and old barrels, the 1st generation family and their work ethics led to the foundation of Warburn Estate. Giuseppe and his son had a vision that they would continue to work side by side to expand the business, so that in the long term it would be able to support future family generations.

SweetLips Infusions are all extracted from natural plants and fruits with no artificial colours or flavours. Together these natural flavours create a combination of crisp acidity and moderate sweetness.

Warburn Estate is a leader in the Riverina wine region and Australian wine industry. Proudly in Australia’s top ten wine producers – Warburn Estate is owned by the Sergi family, whose winemaking heritage was brought to the area from Italy in 1952. Today, it stands tall as a fourth generation, pioneering wine family. From the first grape plantings in Tharbogang, to today, producing one of Australia’s fasting growing brands under $7 – Gossips, Warburn Estate’s achievements have been remarkable.
