Our 1164 Montepulciano is an Italian style grape that originated from the small Montepulciano town in Italy.. Warburn Estate was one of the first wineries to bring the Montepulciano grape to Australia. It is a popular and unique style wine and  is well defined. It consists of a brilliant purple colour and has an elegant palate of warm, smooth and fresh red berry flavours along with spicy plum aromas, complexed by hints of vanilla and tobacco. Serve this wine with Greek style lamb roast, BBQ goat and cheese and chocolate. Ready for enjoyment now. Store in a cool dry environment.
