Reporting directly to the Leading Hand/Supervisor, this position involves: operation of specialist cellar plant and equipment, grape receivals and processing, transfers, filtration, red and white wine fermentation, blending and general housekeeping duties.
We are seeking physically fit and flexible individuals. Successful candidates will be required to work both individually and as part of a team with the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks. Completion of a current Confined Spaces certificate and forklift license is desirable. Availability to work extended hours, rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays and vintage is required.
