Cellar Operators

Reporting directly to the Leading Hand/Supervisor, this position involves: operation of specialist cellar plant and equipment, grape receivals and processing, transfers, filtration, red and white wine fermentation, blending and general housekeeping duties.

We are seeking physically fit and flexible individuals. Successful candidates will be required to work both individually and as part of a team with the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks. Completion of a current Confined Spaces certificate and forklift license is desirable. Availability to work extended hours, rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays and vintage is required.

Maintenance Operator Welder

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and involves a range of activities including: repair and maintenance of machinery, plant and equipment; general cutting, welding and fabrication work (stainless steel); creation and modification of tools and parts for custom use; and complying with company policies, processes and procedures.

We are seeking a flexible, disciplined, results focused individual. The successful candidate will be required to work both individually and as part of a team with the ability to take ownership of allocated work tasks. Completion or part completion of a trade certificate (Fabrication) and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is essential. Availability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and the vintage period is also required.

Maintenance Operator (Packaging)

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves a range of activities including: provide maintenance support to packaging operations such that equipment and machinery is safe and reliable, including preventative and breakdown maintenance, participate in plant installation, source contractor assistance and consumables when needed, general administration and recording of maintenance information/schedules, compliance with Company policies, processes and procedures. Completion or part completion of a relevant trade certificate and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is favoured, although not essential. Mechanical aptitude is a must,
