Reporting directly to the Leading Hand/Supervisor, this position involves: operation of specialist cellar plant and equipment, grape receivals and processing, transfers, filtration, red and white wine fermentation, blending and general housekeeping duties.
We are seeking applicants that are highly motivated and are willing to be part of a team. You will be given on the job training while participating in training programs. Applicants would also require being available to work rotating shifts throughout the year and working vintage period as required. Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
